Duke has won five straight and eight of their last nine games and now is in the driver's seat in the ACC. With only five games left in the regular season, they are looking to extend their winning streak against one of the best home teams in the conference, Wake Forest.

The two teams played each other at Cameron Indoor Stadium two weeks ago and the Blue Devils came away with the 77-69 win on the backs of their frontcourt production. Kyle Filipowski and Mark Mitchell combined for 46 points and 18 rebounds while putting Wake Forest big men in foul trouble all game.

However, the Demon Deacons are a completely different team at home. They are 14-0 at home this season and have won their last five home games with an average margin of 22. A tough battle awaits Duke at LJVM Coliseum.

Duke vs. Wake Forest Odds, Spread and Total

Duke vs. Wake Forest Betting Pick and Prediction

The Blue Devils are not favored in a game only for the second time this season. The only other game where Duke was the underdog was in the loss against North Carolina. They have won against the spread in every game since the Tar Heels loss.

Wake Forest, on the other hand, has had dominant wins at home and disappointing losses on the road. They can light it up offensively as they have scored over 83 points in each of their last four games.

Duke has been one of the best offensive teams in the country all season, currently ranking seventh in KenPom ratings offensively. They should have no problem scoring against the Demon Deacons' porous interior defense.

Instead of the spread, it makes more sense to bet the total as I expect a high-scoring affair where both teams struggle to slow each other down.

My pick: Over 151.5
