Offensive Player of the Year

Winner: Brittain Brown

There is no question that Daniel Jones is the leader of the offense but the player that ultimately will drive this offense is running back Brittain Brown.

The redshirt sophomore will be entering this year as the featured running back after having a semi-breakout year last season. He spent last year splitting time with Shaun Wilson and finished with 130 carries, 701 rushing yards and tied for the team lead with seven rushing touchdowns.

This year Wilson is gone and the job now belongs to Brown, who is one of the most explosive players this offense has. He had four runs last year over 25 yards, including a 39-yard touchdown run in the first game of the season.

This increased workload could mean a special season for Brown, possibly even a record-setting one.
