Davidson Wildcats: Looking at the Basketball Schedule
The Davidson Wildcats took the Atlantic Ten by storm in their first season. It was not an accident of scheduling or the league being down. The Atlantic Ten most certainly was not last year. It was the result of good well coached basketball.
This year, the Wildcats bring back the core of that team that went far beyond expectations. Sure Tyler Kalinoski is gone, but the combination of seniors Brian Sullivan, Jordan Barham, and junior Jack Gibbs remains a good group to build the next run around. The issue is who they will play to make that happen.
Davidson took a very difficult non-conference schedule last year and made it work for them by the time the conference season rolled around. They had played tough games against teams like Virginia and North Carolina to prepare them. What will this season hold?
