Today is the day where we talk about drastic changes to the roster to fix the injury to Michael Kidd-Gilchrist. That drastic change is trading for Carmelo Anthony of the New York Knicks. There are some obstacles to overcome, sure. Anthony has a no trade clause in his deal. Two, there is the obvious ‘how would that work’ with both the Hornets’ offensive and defensive philosophies. Yet it would completely change the outlook on the season even if it meant losing some more pieces.
