Well the Charlotte Hornets Orlando Summer League roster has been announced and it is a good one in terms of college talent. Some noticeable players who are on it besides the players who are under contract already are Ralston Turner (N.C. State), Aaron Craft (Ohio State), and Aaron Harrison (Kentucky). These players will no doubt compete for a final roster spot on the Hornets and will add some depth hopefully at the guard position.

More from Charlotte Hornets

Patrick Ewing will coach the team again like he has before. I have full faith in Ewing as a coach and I hope he lands a head coaching job some day. Take a look at the full Orlando Summer League roster below.

  • I expect to see Aaron Harrison make the Hornets roster and probably be a third string point guard. I expect to see Kaminsky, Hairston, and Daniels solidify themselves as depth on this team. These three players need to show the Hornets that they are ready for back up minutes and in Kaminsky’s case he needs to show that he may be ready to take over Zeller’s spot in the starting line up some time in the future.

The Orlando Summer League is going to be a time for the players to show what they can do and if they belong on an NBA roster. I will be writing reviews of each game and will break down what I see in the future at the end of the Orlando Summer League. Go Hornets!
