The Carolina Panthers do not have a first-round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft as they used it to move up last year to draft Alabama QB Bryce Young.

That said, Panthers fans will likely have to wait until Day 2 for the team to make their first pick, barring a trade to get into the late first round.

Carolina has done tremendous work in free agency to bolster the offensive line while adding more vets to the secondary and acquiring a veteran wideout. However, the Panthers still need more playmakers, if they want to be better than their 2-15 record last season.

Heading into the 2024 NFL Draft, Carolina should have the best remaining players from Round 1 available at the top of Round 2, which means they can go in a ton of different directions. They could take a defensive lineman, cornerback, linebacker, or wide receiver.

Below, we’ll highlight some of the top prospects who could fall to the second round, which happens every year as we saw with Tennessee Titans QB Will Levis in 2023.
