One of the key starters NC State will be losing next year is Mimi Collins. After transferring from Maryland two years ago, Collins became an important part of the Wolfpack's starting five, doing important work in the paint and on the boards.

She showed significant improvement this season, increasing her point average to 10.6 and rebounds per game to 6.2. She also became a more serious threat from the perimeter, hitting one three-pointer a game on 38.9% shooting from downtown. Her ability to stretch the floor was an important component for the Wolfpack to give River Baldwin more room to work with inside and Saniya Rivers more spacing when attacking the basket.

However, Collins already finished her fifth season in the NCAA, exhausting her eligibility. She finished her NC State career with seven points, five rebounds, and two assists against South Carolina.
