Offensive Line

Jordan Gross, LT

Easily the best offensive tackle in Panthers history, Jordan Gross is as deserving as anyone for an all-decade spot. Like Steve Smith, most of Gross’ Panthers career came during the 2000s, but that doesn’t stop him from earning a 2010s all-decade selection. Gross missed just eight starts during his 11-year career with Carolina, and was three times elected to the Pro Bowl, and was once named an All-Pro. Gross was also inducted into the team’s Hall of Honor earlier this season.

Andrew Norwell, LG

Undrafted out of Ohio State in 2014, Andrew Norwell was a hidden gem along the Panthers’ offensive line. Norwell committed just seven penalties in his four seasons with Carolina, and became just the third Panthers lineman to ever be named a first team All-Pro. His good work with Carolina ultimately led to the Jaguars making him one of the highest-paid guards in the league.

Ryan Kalil, C

Originally slated to retire following the conclusion of last season, Ryan Kalil spent 12 years in Carolina including nine in the present decade. If Gross was the best Panthers offensive lineman of all-time, Kalil wins the award for the decade. Kalil is a five-time Pro Bowler, and a two-time All-Pro. The 34-year-old has spent the entirety of this season with the New York Jets.

Trai Turner, RG

Currently the fourth-highest paid guard in the NFL, Trai Turner has become the best right guard the franchise has ever seen. In his sixth season out of LSU, the former third-round pick has developed into one of the best interior offensive linemen in the league. Turner has made the Pro Bowl in each of the last four seasons, although he is currently having a bit of a down year in 2019.

Daryl Williams, RT

Panthers fans are going to hate this one for sure, but Carolina has never really had a standout right tackle, especially in this decade. With that being said, Daryl Williams’ second-team All-Pro season in 2017 is enough to clinch his spot. Prior to a significant knee injury last season, Williams was actually in-line for a big contract. You sure couldn’t tell that now, though.
