At the beginning of the season, Daryl Williams was slated to be the team’s starting left tackle, and rookie Greg Little was to be the backup option on the blindside. After Williams struggled mightily and Little got injured, fellow rookie Dennis Daley has taken over the job and has performed at a high level.

Prior to the win over the Titans, Carolina’s offensive line had the 23rd-worst adjusted sack rate and also ranked in the bottom-third in run stuff percentage according to Football Outsiders. To their credit, McCaffrey does have the fourth-most carries of at least 10 yards, which wouldn’t be possible without solid blocking up front. Perhaps the most disappointing part of the Panthers’ offensive line has been the fact that Matt Paradis has struggled in his first year with the organization.
