8. Gardner-Webb Runnin’ Bulldogs (23-12)

Gardner-Webb’s 2018-19 season ended with a 15-point loss in the NCAA Tournament to eventual champion, Virginia. The Bulldogs return 6-5 Guard, Jose Perez, who had a sensational freshman season last year. He led the team in rebounds and assists, with an average of 31.4 minutes per game. They will be tested early with three-straight road games against UNC, Wichita State, and South Carolina.
