Ricky Person Jr.

As previously mentioned, Person had arguably the best game for the Wolfpack running backs this season against Virginia. He finished the game with 108 rushing yards on 17 carries, including a 38-yard run.

The focus for any team playing the Wolfpack will be to stop quarterback Ryan Finley. He is one of the best quarterbacks in college and is off to a great start with eight touchdowns and only one interception through four games.

This presents a great opportunity for this run game to take advantage of some favorable matchups. If opposing defenses are going to drop more players back into coverage, these running backs should have more room to run.

While the offense has done a good job this year, as the Wolfpack face tougher ACC opponents it will be important to find that balance on offense.
