The Wake Forest football team will be looking for the upset on Saturday over fourth ranked Clemson. These are the keys to a possible upset at home over the Tigers.

After two straight losses to Boston College and Notre Dame, the Wake Forest football team got back in the win column with a dominant performance over Rice. The Demon Deacons will be looking to keep their winning ways continuing however their opponent on Saturday will be much tougher.

They will be looking for an upset over fourth ranked Clemson Tigers.

The Tigers are coming off a 27-23 win over Syracuse however the Orange gave them all they could handle. It was a touchdown in the final minute by the Clemson Tigers that was able to secure a victory. Their starting quarterback, Trevor Lawrence, was knocked out of the game with a concussion and was replaced by Chase Brice who played well in his place.

It is unknown at this time if Lawrence will be available or if Brice will get the start, but regardless this is a talented team and the Demon Deacons will need to play almost perfect to pull the upset. However, the Wake Forest football team has enough talent that they could pull it off.

These are the keys head coach Dave Clawson should focus on heading into this weekend’s matchup.
