These are the key players to watch for the Carolina Panthers when they face the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 3.

After a tough loss to the Atlanta Falcons on the road, the Carolina Panthers will be returning home in search of a win over the Cincinnati Bengals. This will certainly be a tough test as the AFC North opponents are 2-0 and coming off a primetime win over the Baltimore Ravens.

This team does not seem to be the same Bengals from past seasons as this offense is clicking with quarterback Andy Dalton. The NFL Draft classmate of Cam Newton, both quarterbacks drafted in the 2011 NFL Draft, is off to a fast start with six touchdowns and only one interception.

Of those six touchdowns, four have gone to his star receiver, A.J. Green, who has dealt with injury issues the past few seasons. However, he is looking healthy and playing well through the first two games.

This Bengals’ offense though will be without a key piece in running back Joe Mixon. After a great first game against the Colts, Mixon suffered a knee injury against the Ravens. The team will now turn to Gio Bernard, who could present a mismatch for this Panthers defense.

Meanwhile the Bengals’ defense has given up 23 points in each of the first two games of the 2018 season. The opposing quarterbacks have found success through the air as the Bengals have given up over 300 passing yards to Andrew Luck and Joe Flacco.

These are the key players for the Carolina Panthers on Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens.
