Chris Rumph II

While the redshirt freshman Chris Rumph remains third on the team’s depth chart, if he keeps producing the way he has he won’t stay there long.

Rumph currently leads the Blue Devils in sacks with two and while that isn’t a huge number, he has had sacks in back to back games.

This is a game that the Blue Devils should beat an early lead and allow the coaching staff to rest some of their starters. This could be a chance for Rumph to see extended playing time and really make an impression on the coaching staff to warrant moving up the depth chart.
