These are the key players fans should pay extra attention to when the Carolina Panthers face the Atlanta Falcons in Week 2.

The injuries are mounting for the Carolina Panthers and they will enter their first divisional game with plenty of question marks on the offensive side of the ball. This week, the team is likely to enter with two new starts on the right side at guard and tackle.

The Panthers’ Pro Bowl guard, Trai Turner, has been in the concussion protocol and has not practiced at all this week. He was ruled out for Sunday’s game and will likely be replaced by either Amini Silatolu or Tyler Larsen.

The right tackle position will also have a new starter as Daryl Williams was placed on injured reserve with a knee injury. This presents a new opportunity for either Corey Robinson or Chris Clark, who the team signed this week. The performance by either one could secure the starting job for the remainder of the year.

While the offense has questions, the defense has their own as they have struggled to slow down this Falcons’ offense in the past. Last year, the Falcons averaged 363 total yards in the team’s two regular season meetings.
