Before the Wake Forest football team kicks off the season Thursday night, these are our predictions for each game in 2018.

The Wake Forest football team will be kicking off the 2018 season with a trip to Tulane to face the Green Wave Thursday night. The Demon Deacons enter this season with plenty of playmakers on the offensive side of the ball but have questions at quarterback.

The team has been looking for a replacement for John Wolford this summer after Kendall Hinton was suspended for the first three games of the year for violating team rules. Head coach Dave Clawson eventually decided on true freshman Sam Hartman, who will have to make his first collegiate start on the road.

However, it won’t be until the middle of the season that fans will really know what the potential is for this team this year. They have a stretch of four games where three of their opponents are ranked in the Top 25.

Depending on how those games go will be a major indicator if this team will be competing for a spot in the ACC Championship Game at the end of the year.

This is how we see the 2018 season playing out for the Wake Forest Demon Deacons.
