Sage Surratt will finish second on team in receiving yards

The Wake Forest football team has one of the deepest and most talented wide receiver groups in the ACC. They are returning three of their top four receivers from last year with Greg Dortch, Scotty Washington and Alex Bachman.

However, it may be a redshirt freshman that makes the most noise in 2018.

Sage Surratt has gotten a great deal of attention this summer and even his head coach said he wouldn’t be surprised if Surratt broke out this year.

Entering this season Surratt has been named a starter, along with Greg Dortch and Alex Bachman. This was due in part to Scotty Washington working his way back from injury.

I expect Surratt to have a fast start to the year and will make it tough for Dave Clawson to pull him out of the starting lineup.
