The Carolina Panthers are preparing for the third preseason game, Friday night against the New England Patriots. The third preseason game is typically treated like a dress rehearsal for the regular season. This is the game that NFL teams will keep their starters in the longest and will even start to gameplan a little bit.

The Panthers will continue their AFC East tour and hope to make it three for three after wins over the Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins in the first two games.
