Most to Prove

Winners: Joshua Fedd-Jackson/Justin Witt

There was no way to pick one player here as the offensive line lost a lot of talent since last year, mainly on the right side. The team’s starting right tackle, Will Richardson, and right guard, Tony Adams, are now in the NFL. This leaves a big hole on an offensive line that played very well last year.

The team will turn to sophomore Joshua Fedd-Jackson at right guard and junior Justin Witt at right tackle and the hope is that the dip in performance won’t be too much. As Joe Giglio of the News & Observer notes, both players have some experience with Fedd-Jackson replacing Adams in the Sun Bowl and Witt started for Richardson in the game against South Carolina.

The success of an offense starts up front and if Fedd-Jackson and Witt play at a high level, this Wolfpack offense will be tough to stop.
