9. at Orlando Magic (1/22/16)

Stats: 40 points, 7 rebounds, 9 assists, 4 steals

The next game on this list took place the season before the last game on this list as Walker hit the 40 point total once again. However, this game he wasn’t nearly as efficient shooting the ball, shooting 50% from the field and 29% behind the arc.

The reason this game is higher than the game against the Raptors is because Walker’s ability to impact the game in other ways. The play on the defensive end is what puts him over the top as he finished the game with four steals.

The play of Walker was the catalyst for the Charlotte Hornets win as they were down 15 points in the third quarter but he was not willing to come out of the game:

"“He came over and said leave me in there,” Charlotte coach Steve Clifford said. “That was the best decision we made.”"

Walker went on to score 13 of his points in the fourth quarter and the Hornets outscored the Magic 22-3 at one point in the final quarter.
