While the Carolina Panthers may not have anyone being inducted this weekend, it would not be surprising to see these four players currently on the roster get a gold jacket at the end of their career.

The NFL season kicks off this week with the Hall of Fame weekend. It will start on Thursday night with a preseason game between the Baltimore Ravens and Chicago Bears and ends on Saturday night with the induction of eight enshrinees. However, for the second year in a row, the Carolina Panthers will not have anyone entering the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

The Carolina Panthers actually only have three people enshrined in the Hall of Fame. The most recent was linebacker Kevin Greene, who played for the Panthers in 1996 and then again in 1998-1999. He was inducted into the Hall in 2016.

The year prior, the Panthers had executive Bill Polian inducted into the Hall of Fame. He was the franchise’s first general manager and helped build a team that reached the NFC Championship Game in the franchise’s second year in the NFL.

Prior to Polian, the Panthers only had one player in the Hall of Fame and that was defensive end Reggie White. The prolific pass rusher played one season with the Panthers and was inducted with the 2006 class.

The question is: Who will be joining these three Carolina Panthers in the Hall of Fame? We rank the four players currently on the roster with the best chance of earning that gold jacket.
