Brandon Ingram, Los Angeles Lakers, small forward, #14

Brandon Ingram was selected as the overall No. 2 pick in the 2016 NBA Draft by the Los Angeles Lakers. Although he does not start, Ingram plays 16 minutes a game; for now. The Lakers are gradually adapting Ingram to the NBA.

Ingram averages 6.7 points and 2.7 rebounds per game. Ingram’s start to his rookie season has been less than spectacular. However, this has nothing to do with his talent.

The Lakers have a logjam at the forward positions. Ingram is battling fellow Blue Devil Luol Deng, Nick Young and Larry Nance, Jr. for playing time.
