The North Carolina Tar Heels and the other schools in the state were largely overlooked by preseason college award watch lists.

For the North Carolina Tar Heels and the other schools in the state college football lurks just around the corner. One of the important indicators to show this is the release of the preseason college football awards that occurs in mid-July. There are some local players on these lists. However they are fairly localized. Let’s look at the guys who made it and the lists they made it on.

Now let’s understand that this is not final list. These are scouting lists and the lists will be paired down or potentially added to as the year progresses.
