North Carolina Tar Heels

The current list is slim. Yates does not currently have a team. Bryn Renner could not make a roster last year and no one knows how Marquise Williams will fair in Vikings camp.

The best thing for the Heels is that Mitch Trubisky looks to keep the level of play from the quarterback position high. The Fedora system still has the ability to produce high stat gaining QBs.

As I said two years ago

“The Tar Heels have produced a champion professional quarterback, sure. His name is Darian Durant and he won the Grey Cup for the Saskatchewan Roughriders earlier this year. Still no one will confuse North Carolina with QB U.”

Wake Forest Demon Deacons

Two years ago I said:

“Wake Forest has to go back to Norm Snead, though Snead was a good one. The four time Pro Bowler was stuck on a number of poor teams over the course of his career.”

Wake is hoping that John Wolford proves to be the man over the next two years.
