UNC victories over Clemson and Georgia Tech, which Florida State lost to
1 loss versus 2 losses

The Seminoles have been consistently ranked ahead of the Heels in the Committee’s rankings. If UNC loses to Clemson, that will probably not change. However the Committee only favors FSU because it has been measuring things on a “if the world ended today” metric. The world will essentially end after Saturday for the committee.
