4. Nicolas Batum

The final player who will have to step up is guard Nicolas Batum. Batum will have to commit to more defensive rebounding. Batum has shown that he can have big rebounding games, but now he has to do it every game. Like Walker, he will have to create offense to set up the guys that would be kick out options for Jefferson.
