4. Use Aggressiveness against Seattle

Seattle will be pumped coming into this game. They need the game more than the Panthers do. They will be looking to create big plays on defense. The Panthers need to use this against them. That might mean picking up some late hit penalties (really don’t want to do that to Cam). It also means using the feistiness of Michael Bennett and the rest of the defensive front. Hello screen pass. You could see it with Jonathan Stewart, Fozzy Whittaker, or maybe even a Ted Ginn or Corey Brown.

The other answer will be the use of more two tight end sets. It may seem like max protect, but it is just way of setting up match ups. The Seahawks will be gunning for Greg Olsen while leaving Richard Sherman and their other corners on an island. That should open opportunities for underneath stuff for Ed Dickson in the middle or perhaps backs out in the flat.

The slot will also be somewhere to look at with the return of Jerricho Cotchery. It is also important to remember that Sherman always plays one side of the field. Look for the Panthers to try and isolate the side with Ted Ginn at least once.
