After twenty years of Carolina Panthers, the Rivera Era is still upon us. And it is time to unveil the last chunk of the Sweet Sixteen. Since the Rivera Region went chalk the first round, it might seem that chalk might prevail again here. But can you really be sure?

While other regions might be more obscure, this region should be the one that causes the most controversy. This is the region where everybody should know everybody.
