The penultimate Old North State Power Rankings might be the hardest ones to figure out to date. Appalachian State has been on a good winning streak and has the same record as both North Carolina and North Carolina State. The Tar Heels have a couple of good wins in the past couple weeks too. State has not done anything to really slip. ll this comes down to the 3-5 spots being pretty close.
