Appalachian State Mountaineers vs Georgia State Panthers Preview
Welcome back Appalachian State Mountaineers. You went down to Alabama and took care of business only to go back on break. Now it could snow in the mountains and you are preparing to take on the Georgia State Panthers. I thought you guys joined the SUN Belt Conference. What are you doing bringing snow into the equation?

Besides, if anyone needs the snow it is the Panthers. They will need anything that slow down the Appalachian State offense once it starts rolling. The Panthers have never faced the Mountaineers before. The only win the Panthers have on the season was a last second win against Abilene Christian. Otherwise it has been a series of blowouts except for their three point loss to South Alabama (You remember South Alabama, right?)
Date: November 1
Time: 3:30 PM

Venue: Kidd-Brewer Stadium
The Appalachian State offense looked like it had worked the kinks out against Troy, but they need to make sure they do not get complacent. Quarterback Taylor Lamb and running back duo Marcus Cox and Terrence Upshaw should be ready to go do it again. Georgia State is currently sitting at the bottom of the Sun Belt Conference. App needs this one.

The most effective weapon for the Panthers has been wide receiver Donovan Harden. Harden has 707 receiving yards and seven touchdown, putting him on pace to break a thousand yards a season this year.
