Davidson Wildcats (1-2) vs Morehead State Eagles (1-2)
Time: 1:00 PM
Davidson has had a rough two weeks playing its non-conference schedule first against Catawba and then against VMI. This week sees the Eagles of Morehead State coming in to town, and at least they are a fellow team from the Pioneer League. Still Morehead has a football tradition that dates back to Phil Simms, so Davidson should not get too comfortable.
North Carolina A&T Aggies (2-1) vs Chowan Braves (1-1)
Time: 6:00 PM
The Aggies get something of a respite as they take on Chowan of the CIAA. It would be well deserved too, as the Aggies have won in Orlando and at Elon, and only barely lost to Coastal Carolina. They are looking to continue a big year here.
North Carolina Central Eagles (1-2) at Towson Tigers (1-2)
Time: 6:00 PM
Should be a good game as the Eagles visit the Tigers. Both teams had difficulty with FBS opponents, but lost more closely against teams of their own caliber. Both teams will be looking to get to .500 before the conference season starts.

Gardner-Webb Runnin’ Bulldogs (1-2) vs Wofford Terriers (1-1)
Time: 6:00 PM
This is a matchup between two teams that played FBS opponents pretty well. Wofford had the better performance, losing to Georgia Tech 38-19. That should give them an advantage over the Bulldogs, who fell 23-7 at Wake Forest.
Elon Phoenix (0-2) vs Charlotte 49ers (3-0)
Time: 7:00 PM
If Elon wants vengeance against a FBS team for the way Duke handled it, then Charlotte is as close as they will get. Charlotte makes the leap next year. The 49ers have been impressive so far, they just need to keep their foot on the gas in the late game.
