N.C. State Basketball Recruiting: Desmond Lee officially visiting Wolfpack
The North Carolina State Wolfpack are hosting 2014 JUCO shooting guard Desmond Lee this weekend, and this is the third and final official visit of Lee’s recruitment. He took two official trips to the Creighton Bluejays and Baylor Bears, as these three teams are the final three in his recruitment. Lee visited Creighton in early February, and his official visit to Waco came just before his current official visit to check out Mark Gottfried and N.C. State.

Desmond Lee also received offers from the Alabama Crimson Tide and Arkansas Razorbacks in his recruitment, and Alabama still has a shot at landing Lee despite not receiving an official visit. Rivals tabs Colorado State and Duquesne as schools without official visits from Lee, and his top three varies based on the recruiting service you look at.
The 6’4″, 185 pound recruit from Norfolk, Virginia stars for New Mexico J.C. now and is rated by Rivals as a three-star recruit. A top scorer, Lee would be a solid addition for N.C. State and it will be interesting to see if they can take the lead following his visit. Rivals has Alabama as the third team in Lee’s top three, whilst 247Sports has Baylor in the top three.
