With just two remaining games on schedule for the Tar Heels, it looks more and more apparent North Carolina will indeed make the NCAA Tournament, but a good solid win against Florida State would still come in handy!

This game was all North Carolina and they really put a dent in Florida State’s chances after a 46-27 first half. Shooting sixty percent from three point territory for the game, the Tar Heels saw a pumped PJ Hairston get really hot before halftime. He shot four-for-six from behind the arc, while Reggie Bullock shot four-for-seven.

They scored sixteen (Hairston) and twenty points (Bullock). Bullock also grabbed ten rebounds for a double-double.

Florida State shot just thirty-seven percent in field goals which is a factor in their loss. Nothing seems to go in well for them. Michael Snaer lead the Seminoles with seventeen points, three rebounds, and two assists.

Final Score: North Carolina 79 – Florida State 58 | Player of the Game: Reggie Bullock
