Duke Football Recruiting: Arizona Wildcats offer Quincy Wilson

2014 four-star Fort Lauderdale safety Quincy Wilson continues to rack up the offers, and the Arizona Wildcats became the latest school to offer Wilson yesterday. A target for a few schools in the state of North Carolina, the N.C. State Wolfpack offered the University School standout earlier this month.

Wilson does not have any leans yet and currently has a ridiculously large list of major offers from Duke, Arizona, Auburn, N.C. State, Cincinnati, UNC, Clemson, South Carolina, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, LSU, Michigan State, Indiana, Iowa State, Purdue, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Stanford, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Syracuse, USF, UCF, Wake Forest, Vanderbilt, Rutgers, and West Virginia.

The 6’2″, 195 pound safety is clearly one of the best 300 prospects in the country in the 2014 class, and he is also one of the best 20 or so safety prospects as well. Quincy Wilson is also safely in the elite top 40 among the top recruits in the state of Florida and has plenty of in-state interest. Some of the nation’s top coaches, like Urban Meyer, have checked in on Wilson. It looks like Ohio State has plenty of interest in adding the four-star catch.

Although the Miami Hurricanes have not offered him, the in-area school did invite Wilson to attend Miami’s junior day (which he did) in January. I have a feeling Miami will soon add their names to Wilson’s list of offers.

Auburn, Ohio State, South Carolina, LSU, Michigan State, West Virginia, and Notre Dame all have coaches actively recruiting Wilson.
