UNC Basketball Recruiting: Nate Britt Dropped to Three Stars
The 2012-13 basketball season has been a tough and stressful journey for the North Carolina Tar Heels. Now, some of that bad luck has been sent down to 2013 point guard commit Nate Britt.

Today Scout.com recruiting took away his fourth star. He is now rated at three stars. The good news is he is still one of the nations best players and point guards in the 2013 recruiting class. He is ranked at twenty-one overall in the nation for this year’s recruiting class.
Britt attends Oak Hill Academy and has been injured this season. He just recovered from a torn meniscus not too long ago. In the last few weeks, Britt has returned to the court after the injury.
Many people and fans are expecting Britt to be a college career bench player behind Marcus Paige next year before Joel Berry comes to Chapel Hill in 2014.
Not that Britt isn’t good, he’s one of the best point guards in the country, but Joel Berry just has a better and more natural raw talent and will more than likely take over the starting duties once Paige leaves North Carolina.
Hopefully this potential career bench player rumor won’t affect Britt’s commitment to the University of North Carolina.
