According to his 247Sports timeline, the South Carolina Gamecocks have moved ahead in Bryson Allen-Williams’s recruitment as the leaders early on, and he will be headed for junior day in South Carolina in early February. A week after that, Allen-Williams has a junior day set for the UCLA Bruins. As for this coming weekend, the Alabama Crimson Tide will see Allen-Williams in attendance at their junior day.

The 2014 high-end three-star Cedar Grove outside linebacker has plenty of offers in his recruitment, and most of those offers come from some of the biggest programs in the country. South Carolina may be the leaders right now, but the North Carolina Tar Heels, USC, UCLA, and the Florida Gators are also heavily in the mix with offers. The Gamecocks huge rivals, the Georgia Bulldogs, have not offered but are yet another SEC team to receive considerable interest from the three-star LB. Georgia is the storied program in the state, and Allen-Williams is one of the top 40 recruits in the state so we’ll see if UGA becomes yet another major offer for him.

Overall, Allen-Williams is regarded as perhaps one of the best 25 outside linebackers in the country and could be among the top 400 prospects in the country. Duke, Clemson, Maryland, Missouri, Georgia Tech, Boise State, Tennessee, Penn State, Utah, Washington, and N.C. State are the other schools to have offered him.

Bryson Allen-Williams is 6’3″, 218 pound and burst onto the scene with 22 tackles for loss and 16 sacks this past season in a huge junior year that followed up a decent sophomore year.
