Can’t play Madden 17 without good old NC State Wolfpack alums.

In reality, Russell Wilson is one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL today. The 2016 season will be Wilson’s fifth season as an NFL pro. He took the Seahawks to the Super Bowl in 2013 and 2014. Although Indianapolis Colts’ quarterback Andrew Luck earns more than Wilson, Wilson garners a top five rating in Madden 17 amongst all quarterbacks whereas Luck does not.

The top five rated quarterbacks in Madden 17 goes as follows:

  1. Aaron Rodgers (96 overall rating)
  2. Cam Newton (94 overall rating)
  3. Tom Brady (94 overall rating)
  4. Ben Roethlisberger (93 overall rating)
  5. Russell Wilson (91 overall rating)

Madden does a great job describing Wilson’s skill set. They describe him as being “a smaller version of the #2 quarterback on the list.” Cam Newton is the second-highest rated quarterback on Madden 17.
