The No. 2 recruit for the 2013 basketball recruiting class has been added to the McDonald’s All-American roster for the 2013 game which will be held in just a few weeks on April 3rd. Julius Randle confirmed today that he will play in the game next month.

Originally, the potential North Carolina State Wolfpack player was not included on the game’s original roster because he had been injured. He has returned to the court since then and will now be apart of the East roster in the McDonald’s All-American game.

On Monday night, Randle announced that he will be making a public announcement on where he chooses to play college basketball. The announcement will be on March 20th at 1 p.m. (EST). More than likely you can tune into ESPN U for the announcement.

His list has been narrowed down to six schools: North Carolina State, Texas, Kansas, Kentucky, Florida, and Oklahoma. It is highly speculated that Randle will commit to either Texas or Kansas, as both schools have pursued him heavily.

Randle has said in the past that the experience at North Carolina State cannot compare to any experience he has shared yet at other schools.
