Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports is reporting via Twitter that the Atlanta Braves will listen and review trade offers for relief pitcher Jonny Venters.

Rosenthal also stated the while the Braves will entertain trades for Venters, they are quite content with their bullpen heading into the 2013 Major League Baseball season.

Last season Venters, threw with a 3.22 ERA with 10.6 K/9 in just 58 2/3 innings.

Venters is young at just twenty-seven years old. He has a career ERA of 2.23 and 10.1 K/9. He has spent the last three seasons with the Atlanta Braves.

Don’t expect the Braves to jump at offers though. They are very content with their current bullpen as well as their left handed bullpen rotation.

They have Eric O’Flaherty and Luis Avilan in their rotation who also are left handed pitchers. Paul Maholm is a left handed pitcher but is currently in the starting rotation right now for the Braves in Spring Training.

The Braves have the night off, but will return to the diamond again tomorrow night against the Detroit Tigers.
