The North Carolina Tar Heels are hoping to succeed and compete with the big boys of the NCAA, or should I say the SEC. Clemson and South Carolina recruiting favorite, Blake Bone, took the trip up north to visit the Tar Heels during their Junior Day festivities.

Bone is a three-star wide receiver residing in Woodruff, South Carolina. He is six feet, four inches tall and weighs 175 pounds.

Bone’s top-five consists of: Clemson, South Carolina, Kentucky, Ole Miss, and North Carolina. Of those five schools, he has yet to receive an offer from just one of those schools. That being, Larry Fedora’s North Carolina Tar Heels.

His trip to Chapel Hill for Junior Day was really the first interaction that Bone has had with the school and their football team/staff. This could be the beginning of a connection that sends Bone to North Carolina, but for now, he is heavily learning towards both the Tigers and Gamecocks as of now.

If Fedora wants to get Bone’s attention, an offer should and obviously would be the next obvious move for the Tar Heels to make!
