N.C. State Football Recruiting: Bo Hines visiting Wolfpack

The North Carolina State Wolfpack will welcome an unofficial visitor in the 2014 football recruiting class to Raleigh this weekend, as Charlotte athlete Bo Hines will be visiting the Wolfpack. Hines is not rated by any recruiting site at this moment in time, but he looks like an intriguing ATH prospect with a 6’1″, 180 pound frame and a 4.49 forty yard dash time.

Hines has not received any major offers yet, but he has received three solid, minor offers from UMass, Ball State, and in-city, new football squad the Charlotte 49ers. Hines has received interest from several major programs, and he is expected to be a significantly recruited prospect in ACC circles.

Colorado, Duke, UNC, Oklahoma, Wake Forest, Nebraska, Ole Miss, Ohio State, Virginia, Northwestern, Michigan State, and N.C. State are all the major schools that have shown interest in Bo Hines. The Duke Blue Devils have been recruiting him a little bit harder than some of those other squads.

Duke, UNC, and N.C. State will have all brought in Hines to their schools at some point in time after this weekend, because Hines camped at the in-state schools Duke and North Carolina back in June. He was quite busy that month, as Hines also checked in at camps with Miami of Ohio and solid Big Ten program Northwestern.

The Charlotte Christian School recruit will hope to have a good visit at N.C. State this weekend, and we’ll see if he catches the eye of new Pack coach Dave Doeren. The Heels have shown the least amount of interest of the schools in the state, and Duke and Wake Forest are two schools he likes early on (especially Duke) due to their strong academics.
