Man, Isaac Hamilton. his commitment was weird. Everyone was 90% sure he was rolling with UCLA and he even wore blue and gold attire … only to pick UTEP and Tim Floyd. Still stings, really wanted him.

There have been a lot of last minute “change of heart” decisions in recruiting lately. Seems to be a trend.

Actually, it was Washington he was expected to go to, Carlos. He skipped out on an official visit there (Mark figured that one out actually haha), and then the writing was on the wall for UW. So then people switched over to thinking he would pick UCLA, and some are even going as far to say that UTEP paid him off. I disagree, and I think UTEP is a legitimate “sleeper” recruiting team with the guys they’ve picked up in 2013. But yes, Hamilton’s recruitment was even stranger than Cat Barber’s.
