If there is one word to describe the Larry Fedora Era at the University of North Carolina is can simply be recruiting. Fedora is a recruiting coach and knows how to do it. What makes it even better is not only can he recruit, but he can coach and win football games.

Right now Fedora and staff have their eyes focused on five-star defensive tackle Andrew Brown.

Brown is six foot, four inches and weighs two-hundred and ninety-two pounds. He is big and athletic and one of the highest ranked recruits in the 2014 class.

Today he announced his new top-10 list. Among those still remaining are the North Carolina Tar Heels. Also remaining are: Alabama, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Michigan, Ohio State, Virginia and Virginia Tech.

As a Virginia native the in-state schools are going all out for this hot in-state commodity. However, North Carolina is said to be one of his favorite choices at this stage in the recruiting process.

If he commits to North Carolina he will be the first five-star recruit to head to Chapel Hill under Fedora and will be a huge pick up for the Heels. With talent like this in a Tar Heel jersey its hard to imagine the powerhouse that Carolina can be and is working to be.
